A brief description of the work:

• An extension to the existing kitchen and complete re-model to the interior ground floor
• Transformed the basement into a habitable space which required tanking and all building trades
• Sourced and fitted aluminium windows, doors & roof lights
• Restored period features in the existing house including plaster coving and traditional fireplace
• Managed all specialist trades including Electrical, Heating, Plumbing, Roofing, Plastering and Tiling
• Fitted the kitchen
